A home delivered meal pack by Chef, Mischa Tropp to raise funds for the Covid-19 crisis in India.

 

Thank you for taking part in our very special Daawat at Home. The profits from this meal pack will go towards helping with the ongoing Covid-19 healthcare crisis in India. All profits will be donated to VICCT to Khalsa Aid.

 

Chef Mischa Tropp will be creating a delicious Indian inspired feast with produce donated by food suppliers including Fruit Talk, North Carlton Meats, Ocean Made Seafood, Mount Zero Olives, Sonsa Market, Campania, Little Andorra, Aquna, St Davids Dairy, and Senselle Foods.

 

The wines that will be accompanying your meal have been generously donated by Samuel Pepy's, Avani Wines and Vinea Marson. All meal packs will also come with a bonus pack of Tom Sarafian's famed Hommus and a bottle of Capi to enjoy with your meal. All meal packs will come vacuum packed to reheat at home with a menu card, instructions and table decorations to set the scene, courtesy of Claire Mounsher.

Butter Chicken or Dal Makhani

Spinach & Nettle Saag w Malai Paneer

Malabar Fish Curry or Malabar Veg Curry

Roasted Cabbage, Curry Butter

Kadala 


Yoghurt Naan (Christine Tran, Falco)

Saffron Rice


Chena Jalebi, Whey and Saffron Syrup

 

Bonus dish - Tom Sarafian's Famed Hommus

 

Capi Sparkling Water

Wine from Avani Wine or Vinea Marson

 

We also invite you take part in an online giveaway by posting a photo of your meal on Instagram of your meal at home with the hashtag #Daawat. All entries will go in the draw to winning prizes including a four course meal with matched wines at the Point Leo Estate’s Three Chefs Hatted, Laura and a wine pack from Athletes of Wine. 

 

We will be taking orders up until Monday evening for delivery Thursday. 

Your delivery will be between 9-6pm.
